Barnsbury and Laycock Liveable Neighbourhood Survey

We would like to hear from you to help us create a liveable neighbourhood across Barnsbury, Laycock, and St Mary’s and St James’. 

The proposed Barnsbury and Laycock Liveable Neighbourhood spans Caledonian Road to the west, Holloway Road to the north, Upper Street to the east, and Pentonville Road to the south. To manage its scope, we are proposing to begin with the areas adjoining Liverpool Road as shown in the shaded area in the map below. 

The proposals are designed to create greener, healthier and more pleasant spaces for all, and will help make it easier to walk, cycle, wheel, and use buggies and wheelchairs.
