<div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW91553811 BCX8">We have made some&nbsp;<a href="https://www.islington.gov.uk/login-or-register-for-an-account/changes-to-customer-accounts" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">changes to our customer accounts</a>&nbsp;by introducing an account called My Islington.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW91553811 BCX8">My Islington is a new customer account where&nbsp;you&rsquo;ll&nbsp;be able to request a range of council services in one&nbsp;place, and&nbsp;track their progress.&nbsp;</div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW91553811 BCX8">The first service we have added to My Islington is the ability to see your council tax details online including your outstanding balance,&nbsp;payments&nbsp;and online bills. This is no longer available in My&nbsp;eAccount&nbsp;and&nbsp;you&rsquo;ll&nbsp;need to&nbsp;<a href="https://account.islington.gov.uk/en" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">register for a My Islington account.</a></div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW91553811 BCX8">We will be adding more services to My Islington in the&nbsp;future&nbsp;and it will eventually replace My&nbsp;eAccount.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW91553811 BCX8"><a href="https://www.letstalk.islington.gov.uk/new-online-customer-account?tool=news_feed#tool_tab" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">We invited you to test&nbsp;some early designs&nbsp;</a>for My Islington in September 2023 and are continuing to take this feedback into account as we add more services and features to My Islington.&nbsp;Now we have launched the system, we are asking for your feedback on how it&#39;s working.&nbsp;</div>
