Customers raised concerns about increased charges, we are alert to the pressures surrounding the cost of living. We ensure to direct homeowners to services where they can seek support, advice and assistance.

Respondents were fairly evenly split between those that wanted more/less info with their bills, and we're mindful that we may have to provide mandatory info in future under the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024. We are looking to form a Leasehold Forum so please do contact me if you are interested in contributing to further service development in the future.
