We want to understand more about the experiences of young Somali adults (18-25) when accessing council services for employment and educational needs, so we can understand what improvements we can make.
We are working with a group of young Somali adults who will be conducting this research on the council’s behalf. In addition to a survey, they will also be carrying out focus groups with young Somali adults and will use the outcome of this research to produce a report. The council will use the outcome of the report to make improvements to how we deliver employment services.
We will publish the results and the improvements we will make on this site.
This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
