Consultation on Junction Road safety improvement proposals

Islington Council is proposing safety improvement proposals on Junction Road (at the junctions of Vorley Road, Bredgar Road, Brookside Road and Bickerton Road).

A key aim of these proposals is to reduce road danger within the local environment to make it safer for all road users. This is part of our wider aim to reduce road collisions and incidents to make Islington's roads safer as we work towards the Mayor's Vision Zero for London strategy and Islington's Transport Strategy (2020-2041).

Our public consultation on these proposals which ran from 16 December 2024 to 13 January 2025 is now closed. Thank you for all responses we received. We will consider all the feedback received to help us make a decision on how to proceed with this project.
