We are introducing a new online customer account called My Islington. This will make it quicker and easier for you to access the services you need online.

You'll be able to manage your payments for services, apply for services and report issues. You will also be able to view your requests and track their progress. In the future, it will replace My eAccount.

We created interactive designs of some of the pages that will be in the account and we asked for your feedback through a survey to help us make improvements. We want to make sure you can find what you need quickly and easily in the new customer account. This is part of our promise to provide accessible help and support which works for all, so we can achieve a more equal Islington.

    We have produced interactive designs for some of the pages in the customer account.

    We will ask you to carry out some simple tasks by clicking or tapping on the designs. We'll then ask you how it went. 

    It's best to use a desktop computer, laptop or tablet as the survey is not designed for smartphones.
