Share your feedback on My Islington
We have made some changes to our customer accounts by introducing an account called My Islington.
My Islington is a new customer account where you’ll be able to request a range of council services in one place, and track their progress.
The first service we have added to My Islington is the ability to see your council tax details online including your outstanding balance, payments and online bills. This is no longer available in My eAccount and you’ll need to register for a My Islington account.
We will be adding more services to My Islington in the future and it will eventually replace My eAccount.
We invited you to test some early designs for My Islington in September 2023 and are continuing to take this feedback into account as we add more services and features to My Islington. Now we have launched the system, we asked your feedback to find out how it's working.
