The recycling area outside St.Paul's Court is constantly an eyesore. The bins are always overflowing and it is a focus for fly tipping. It seems to be accepted that any kind of rubbish can be dumped there.
None of the stuff left there, especially the unwanted clothing can be fit for recycling by the time it is collected.
If is intended for the residents of St. Pauls Court why is it accessible from the street?
I have complained repeatedly but nothing is ever done about it.
