Islington Health and Wellbeing Board is carrying out a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) to find out what local people need from their pharmacy services. Pharmacies provide over-the-counter medicines as well as medicines prescribed by doctors. They can also offer health advice and information. The previous PNA done in 2022 is available to view on the council website.
By completing the survey on this page, you’ll help us make sure that pharmacy services stay accessible, effective, and responsive to the needs of our community. We highly value your input in shaping local services.

We are conducting a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) to assess and plan for pharmaceutical services in the area. This important review helps us understand whether local pharmacy services meet the needs of our residents, and identify any gaps or opportunities to improve.
The deadline to make a response to the survey is: 13 April 2025.
The responses to this survey will be analysed and included in the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (due to be published and consulted on in June 2025).

London Borough of Islington is the Data Controller for the survey and the collected responses. The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of informing the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment.
